Breakfast at Hay Barton is really special. Served in the flagstoned dining room with a wood burner set in a bath stone fireplace for the winter months.

Guests can expect the best of local produce with sausages and bacon from the Kernow Sausage Company, Cornish Orchards award winning Apple Juice, Cornish Sea Salt and Rodda butter. Eggs with the yellowest yolks are from Jill and Blair’s Maran chickens.

Jill bakes delicious granola in the Aga, served with fresh fruit and homemade yoghurt.

Local artisan breads are served with Jill’s homemade marmalade and locally produced honey.
