Hay Barton is a working farm. Blair has lived here all his life and knows the area well.
The cobbled courtyard is a suntrap in the afternoon; ideal for enjoying a cup of tea and homemade lemon sponge cake.
The tennis court is available all year round and it if is wet we have an undercover table tennis table. Croquet is set up for the summer months.
