Hay Barton is situated on the beatiful Roseland Pensinsula surrounded by its own land, making it quiet and tranquil and a perfect place to relax and unwind. We are located between Veryan and Tregony, close to Carne and Pendower beaches, which are safe for swimming. The North coast and restaurants like 15 and Scarlet are half an hour's drive away. St Mawes, with the fabulous Tresanton Hotel, is 15 minutes to the south.
There are numerous famous gardens close by. We are very close to the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Trewithen, Caerhayes, Lamorran Gardens and Poppy Cottage. Trelissick and the Eden Project are within half an hour. Truro City is only 15 minutes and there is a regular bus service from Tregony, for a car free day
